Unfortunately, in some cases, the frames break during shipping. Despite careful packaging, we have no control over the (lack of) care taken by delivery services during shipping. The frames have 13 sides, and therefore 13 “break points”. Once stretched as a drum, these frames are actually very strong because they do not twist or deform.
As an extra bonus you will receive a 10% discount on the 13-piece frames when you collect them!
